A gentle noninvasive hands on healing preformed by a certified practitioner. Sessions help balance energy levels in the body and relieve stress and anxiety. The experience is often described as "peaceful" and "comforting."

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

Let us work out your aches and pains. Our therapeutic massage is a combination of relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and clinical massage.

ASSISTED STRETCHING

Let us help you stretch. Our stretch program consists of ten different stretches that work you from your neck down to the bottom of your feet.
